ANN SOTHERN (1909 - 2001) U.S. comedienne and leading lady of stage and screen. Academy Award nominee. Noted for her TV show Private Secretary, which became The Ann Sothern Show.

A lovely, signed and inscribed in blue/black fountain pen, vintage sepia 8"x10" photo with a fold at upper left corner and white margin with staining and slight blemish on the bottom center of her dark dress. Both of which can easily be matted out affecting nothing. Inscription: TO LESTER CORDIALLY ANN SOTHERN. The photo is a sensual head and shoulder pose of Ann looking doe eyed, off to the left of the camera.
